How Voys Apps handles personal data for Slide AI on web and mobile.

Who we are

Slide AI is a software product of Voys Apps. This policy applies to the Slide AI website at slideai.voysapps.io, the Slide AI iOS and Android apps, and related support channels.

What we collect

Account data: email, name, authentication identifiers, and language or theme preferences.

Product data: presentations, drafts, chat messages with the AI, themes, and export history needed to run the service and keep web and mobile in sync.

Billing data: subscription and credit status, store or checkout identifiers, and purchase receipts. We do not store full card numbers. Web payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. iOS and Android purchases are processed by Apple and Google.

Usage and diagnostics: app events, crash logs, and approximate device or browser information used to keep the service reliable.

Advertising

The free web app may show ads through Google Ad Manager. Personalized ads in the EEA/UK require consent through Google Privacy & messaging. Pro accounts are ad-free.

How we use data

We use this information to create and sync presentations, authenticate you, grant Pro and credits, process payments, show or suppress ads, provide support, and improve Slide AI.

We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate Slide AI, including hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, advertising, and payments (Paddle on the web; Apple App Store and Google Play on mobile; RevenueCat for entitlements).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Voys Apps, our users, or the public.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and presentation data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data except records we must keep for tax, fraud, or legal reasons (for example payment history held by Paddle, Apple, or Google).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Email appsvoys@gmail.com. Users in Türkiye may also review our KVKK disclosure linked from the in-app privacy screen.
